Chay at horsetooth reservoir was a great help to us. She was so gracious to us when we rented equipment and then a tumultuous thunderstorm started 15 minutes later. She helped us get the equipment out of the water and back to storage all while lightening was striking right near us. She processed a full refund for us that day.
